Economic Impact Analysis

PELGP provides research and analysis on critical issues for the region’s competitiveness to support improvements for living and doing business in the region. With a rich history of civic and community involvement and its emphasis on comparative research and policy analysis, the PELGP holds a statewide reputation for objectivity, integrity and consensus-building.

PELGP develops economic impact reports for organizations and businesses by request using the IMPLAN input-output model. PELGP’s economic impact reports detail the multiplier effects a particular project will have on the region. These reports are commonly used as supporting documentation for the Redevelopment Capital Assistance Program (RACP) or other applications for financing.
